how is it going everyone there's nothing new to say today. Everything is doing good. spanish is improving little by little and hopefully I get to be in Columbia by the beginning of the year. this week I got to teach my first actual person, instead of just teaching the teachers or their friends. I just got to know them a little bit and got their number and address so the missionaries in Columbia can contact them. It was pretty hard to understand her because there was a screaming child in the background. Also she was speaking spanish, hehe. I learned a bad word on accident also. i was trying to say load or charge.. cargar but i forgot to say the first r. I said it a lot and then the teacher told me to stop. oops. Anyways, I hope you all are doing well. one of my favorite quotes was "Dios ama al pecador pero no el pecado". next week il be in utah!! elder jensen here is the cover for our district album. 

hola mi amigos spanish is going surprisingly well. My teachers are speaking faster and faster and it's a little hard for me to keep up but I'm definitely doing a lot better than I was at the beginning of this week. I can't have a normal conversation with someone but i can give a pretty decent lesson (i think) and answer half of the questions they ask. This week me and my comp Elder Burke were in the middle of a companionship study on zoom when some random guy shows up on the call. we weren't told that we were gonna teach a lesson so we didn't really know who this guy was. it was really sketchy because all the lights were out and his face was all shadowy so we thought he was just gonna drop his pants and moon us. hehe. so we just started to teach him. He was very receptive to the gospel. that was sarcasm btw. he was on his phone the whole time. we asked if he believed in god or christ and he said yes but when we asked him to explain to us what he knew h...

Hello everyone This week has been pretty awesome especially with conferences. I was able to teach a bunch of lessons this week and they all went pretty well except for the last one. Me and Elder Burke were just about to give our lesson but our teacher, Hermana vitalle joined our zoom call. We shared with her our lesson plan and she told us not to do it that way. She said we had to focus on repentance and baptism but we prepared a lesson on prophets and the restoration because of the conference. She gave us some ideas for a new lesson and then left. so we had 1 min to make a new lesson until the person of interest joined the zoom call. she joined during the middle of me yelling whyyyyy!!! really loud and angrily into the microphone.
