Hola!!

Ok a quick email, transfers are coming on Tuesday and I'm getting a new comp, i have no idea who it is and my comp is leaving. Km still in chiquinquirá and laura had her baptism saturday!!!!! Shes awesome and has a supper strong testimony, like she bore her testimony in the zoom meeting and made the whole ward supper hyped about missionary work. Pictures below.

 


We have a few more baptisms coming up and we are teaching yeferson delgadillo who's getting ready for the 24th, and paula munevar whoa preparing for the 31st ashwell as Martin Cortez. Yeferson only lives in chiquinquirá once every two weeks cause he works as a police officer in bucaramaga so it's hard to get physical contact but we have allot of lessons over the phone, Paula is the mom of a recent convert named Nicolas and their family is supper awesome and loving!! Martin is the son of a member who's preparing to get the sacerdocio. Oooh and Laura's dad is being taught too, hes on the far right of the photo with everyone

 


I love you all, and I'd love to share my thoughts about the housenofnthe lord with you all for a sec.... the temple is the knlynplace where we have a firm connection with heaven, that's why we need to be worthy and live worthy constantly to be able to visit whenever we need to. Baptism is just the doorway to the kingdom of god and its in the temple where we comllete our everlasting covenants with the lord. We need to always prepare to enter the temple, when we prepare to enter the temple were preparing to enter and be in the kingdom of god.

HOME MTC

hola mi amigos spanish is going surprisingly well. My teachers are speaking faster and faster and it's a little hard for me to keep up but I'm definitely doing a lot better than I was at the beginning of this week. I can't have a normal conversation with someone but i can give a pretty decent lesson (i think) and answer half of the questions they ask. This week me and my comp Elder Burke were in the middle of a companionship study on zoom when some random guy shows up on the call. we weren't told that we were gonna teach a lesson so we didn't really know who this guy was. it was really sketchy because all the lights were out and his face was all shadowy so we thought he was just gonna drop his pants and moon us. hehe. so we just started to teach him. He was very receptive to the gospel. that was sarcasm btw. he was on his phone the whole time. we asked if he believed in god or christ and he said yes but when we asked him to explain to us what he knew h...
